Everything you need to know about your holiday at Plattenhof

• Check-in from 1 p.m.
  If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy breakfast (€20.00 per person) or a visit to our à la carte restaurant.
• Check-out by 11 a.m.
  The wellness area is also available to you on the day of your departure.
• Late check-out is available for an additional charge of €50.00, bookable on the day before departure.
• 2 charging points for electric cars are right outside the hotel.

• The square metre figures quoted include the bathroom and balcony.
• We are happy to take note of any requests regarding suites and floor levels and will accommodate them where possible.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of the suites.

• Free parking spaces in front of the building and in the lockable underground car park
• 2 charging points for electric cars directly at the hotel

• Your dog is welcome in selected suites for an additional charge of €25.00 per night.
• Please let us know about your four-legged guest when you make your booking.
• We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.
• Thank you for understanding that your dog is not permitted in the dining room or the wellness area.

The following accommodation rates and discounts apply to children and young people.

• Babies and toddlers up to 2 years old: €30.00 per night
• Children from 3 to 7 years old: 60% discount on the accommodation price
• Children from 8 to 12 years old: 50% discount on the accommodation price
• Teenagers aged 13 to 15: 40% discount on the accommodation price
• Teenagers aged 16 to 18: 30% discount on the accommodation price

The following cancellation policy applies to your stay.

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: 80% of the booked accommodation price will be charged.
• In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of the stay.

To protect yourself against unforeseen cancellations, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance at a cost of 3% of the total cost of your booked stay. 

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay is required. Please settle the remaining balance on departure.
• Payment in cash (euros, Swiss francs) or by debit or credit card, except American Express and Diners
• Please note that, under Italian law, cash payments are permitted up to a maximum of €4,999.00.

The local tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night and must be paid on site.
