Along South Tyrol’s wine road, Alpine cosiness meets Mediterranean light-heartedness, and it’s precisely this blend that characterises our restaurant in Tramin. For around 200 years, we have been serving dishes made with love in our four cosy dining rooms and on the large sun terrace overlooking the vineyards.
The opening hours of our à la carte restaurant
Tuesdays to Sundays from 10 a.m. to midnight
- Hot meals are served from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Pizza from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

In our à la carte restaurant next to the hotel, there’s something to suit everyone’s taste, from authentic South Tyrolean dishes such as Gewürztraminer soup, homemade Schlutzkrapfen, and a variety of dumplings to fresh pizzas, baked with care in our pizzeria in Tramin. To accompany this, we recommend a glass of our award-winning Gewürztraminer from our own winery – the perfect pairing to savour the flavours of South Tyrol.
